ABOUT
SEE Developers is a Millburn, NJ based custom home builder that specializes in residential construction and renovation. Since 2011, members of SEE have prided themselves on developing high-quality homes at a variety of different price levels, ranging from the sub-million dollar range to nearly $6 million.
The single family and multi-family homes that SEE has developed are located throughout Essex and Morris counties, and mostly concentrated in the towns of Short Hills, Millburn, and Livingston. SEE Developers works alongside private investors and homeowners in creating dream homes of the highest caliber.

Elan began working on residential real estate development projects in 2011. He has substantial experience in managing residential projects end-to-end from concept and planning to implementation and completion. Elan has worked for Hallmark Homes, IEZ Development, Willow Development Group and other developers since becoming a builder.

Prior to his real estate development career, he worked on a couple of technology related startups, was a National Strategy Partner at Ernst and Young and a Principal at EDS. He started his career as a Senior Technologist and a Management Consultant for major banks such as JP Morgan and Banker’s Trust.

Elan has a BA in Math and Computer Science from Emory University, an MBA in Information Systems and Finance from Baruch College. Additionally, he holds a Real Estate Salesperson License in the State of NJ.
Simon helps the team by administering task management, file organization, bookkeeping, project budgeting, website maintenance, and other miscellaneous tasks. He recently graduated from Rutgers University New Brunswick, and is skilled in areas relating to project management and organization.
